Twiceshy asks:Drip irrigation

I want to use drip irrigation for my garden, this year, but haven't found a system that can be simply screwed on the outdoor faucet, like a regular hose. All of the systems I have seen require a sprinkler system.

Are there any drip irrigation systems that can be screwed on, like the garden hose?

Use the garden hose

I can give you an idea that I have succesfully used myself. What I did was poked some holes at equal distance in my garen hose and voila a portable, easy to use drip irrigation system was ready. All you have to do is screw it on the tap and place the hose in a way that the whol ground area is covered. Then open the tap and adjust the water pressure accordingly....

the only thing is you have to clean the holes regularly as dust and sand tend to block them....
