chris1203 asks:Is it too late?

I recently read something that said that, even if we stopped all emissions of the gasses that cause Global Warming, it is too late to save the planet. Do you believe that?

No i dont think

it is too late. It will do no harm to protect the planet's resources a little more, even if the promised global catastrophe is not as inevitable as some would have us believe. We are using resources up fast, and the population is getting bigger. We will run out of stuff in the end.

No it's never too late..

Climate changes will keep ocuring and whatever we do now will change things for the better... I think the faster we act the less of an impact the humans will have on the earth but there still will be changes we will need to adapt to.

Save the planet from what?

Global Warming has taken a holiday.....at least according to the same nitwits who claimed it existed in the first place. Besides, what are we saving the planet from?

never loose hope.

I don't think we can just sit back and relax thinking about the dooms day and anything we do will not make a difference. every small step counts in making a bigger difference, so as far as i am concerned, I will keep fighting for the planet and its survival even if it is the last day...

There are different opinions for sure...

Some say the obvious changes in climate are part of a cycle that's happened before. I think there's a concern that should be addressed in most of the points that are made about global warming.

As for it being too late, I don't think it necessarily is, but there's also a threat from a nuclear war or even mistake that could be devastating.

Nope. Too late isn't a very pleasant scenario.

To "abandon ship" is a very timid and selfish frame of mind. Get off your tail and pitch in!
