Regardless of the causes, the ocean's levels are rising. Some farms in India are already underwater.
Shouldn't we be planning to move people away from our coastlines now?

Yes most definitly
This is probably the worst thing that can happen to the human race... the casualties will be in the millions and regardless if in the end it's a natural cycle or a human made cycle we have to prepare.
I still have high hopes for human technology to save us and i hope it doesn't come too late.
