it is obviously better to use buses and trains than everyone in their cars, but how many of us carry on using our cars anyway? I know i'm guilty...

how often do you use public transportation?
While in my 20's I used public transportation because I couldn't afford a car.
I can't use it now because all the stopping and going aggravates my pain, the ride is almost as expensive as gas for my van, which is completely paid for and I don't really want to be exposed to illnesses that other people carry,

I hear yah, public transit is a pain unto itself. My biggest problem with it, is all the breaks they take per ride I am on.

I'm guilty
but there's really no public transportation where I live. I live in the ocuntry so I have to drive. Even car pooling is out of the question in most cases.

I do when I can
I try to walk mostly avoiding any kind of transport but when I have to I take a three wheeler that is quite common to my country...I also like the bus rides for short distances when there are not many stops...
