I think that...

the population of our Earth is reaching a "breaking point," but I'm not sure what to do about it. I know that, in China, they limit the amount of children a woman can bear. But I'm not sure that I like that idea.
Comments:
actually i think that controlled epidemics can be a solution, infact this could be an already-going-on process... think of the latest buzz: swine flu... and about the time it took for the vacination development.

control....control

I think a world wide common policy should be deviced as to the number of national population or population pre density per city something like that so that there is a sort of balance...around the world...
I know the idea sound weird but it is not improbable...eradication cannot be the solution but worldwide acceptance of the fact and control can ateast stabilise the burden we are giving this earth.
Comments:
i recently saw in a documentary that in india women and sometimes small children were not accounted into population statistics... though they continue to be consumers that is! looking for awareness? you'd have luckier time seeking life on mars.
