I know in High school they had this bin that people could donate their old glasses to. They would repair them and send them to poor people. Anyone know of any programs like this. I have a pair of old glasses.

I have never smoked, yet I come home to an apartment that smells of cigarettes simply because my neighbors smoke. I have a HEPA filter, but it doesn't completely remove the smell.
