Our state just got some stimulus money to subsidize home improvements for people making about $40,000.00 per year. The improvements are to make the homes more energy efficient.

Has your state received any stimulus money for energy upgrades yet?

If they did, it will stay up north

Chicago gets all of the federal money. The Southern part of the state gets nothing. Never has, never will.
