When you remodel, do you make sure your contractors are doing as much as they can to "keep it green"?

What we mean is
Are your contractors willing to look into green products and methods? Or are they "old school" that say their way or nothing? Sometimes it's hard to get folks to change a little bit.

Around here
most contractors are willing to listen regarding the materials you wantthem to use. No skin off their nose, you are the one paying for the extras!
