they insulate your house even more. They keep the rooms cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. They save you on heating and cooling costs. They are a bit of a problem to clean, though. Even so, would you like double windows in your home?

all the windows

in my house are double glazed heretoday. It is pretty standard over here in the UK. It makes a huge difference to power consumption, and reduces our heating bills significantly.

We do have double windows and you are true that the cleaning is a problem but the advantages are endless so to speak.

I think...

that I would. I think that the benefits of having these windows far outweigh any of the negative aspects.

I agree with all of you

Our home in the city had "double-glazing", and I loved it for the way it insulated both hot and cold weather. When we moved to the coast, a place where having double glazing would really be a good idea, no one has it. Go figure.
