I'm thinking about buying a hybrid car. I travel over 30,000 miles a year. My only concern is how many miles the hybrid battery lasts? And how expensive is it to replace? If it costs too much it may not be worth it for me.

maintaining hybrids...

I am no expert but here is what I found out...Maintaining a hybrid doesn't cost any more than a conventional car, and may even cost less due to decreased wear and tear on the engine and braking system. You’ll probably want to take your hybrid to a dealer, though dealersdo usually charge a little more, but your car will be in good hands.
There are more than one million of these cars on the road, and mechanics have to meet this demand so by the time your hybrid is with you..I am sure there will be many more expert available for the job....
