Anyone here going to take advantage of their government's offer to pay a lump sum to anyone willing to trade in their old car for a new eco friendlier model?

wish it happened here.
Such kind of things don't happen in my coutnry otherwise I am sure there would be many who would use the incentive...especially garage owners who have got so many old vehicles that are just lying around.

because I'm still paying on my car. After I get it paid off, however, I may be will to trade it in for an eco-friendly car.
