Have converted their fleet of delivery vehicles to zero emission electric vehicles. the UK government has already converted almost all it's fleet of official cars to hybrids and has promised all government vehicles and contractors will be converted by 2012. Is this happening in the US?

UPS in the UK
Many buses now run on ethanol and natural gas, in my city, so changes have been happening. Most people just haven't heard about them.

As is the case with almost everything, the financial bottom line makes the final decisions. We're still hopeful, though!
