stavy asks:Low energy bulbs
Anyone else finding that their local council/municipal authority does not seem to bothered about their disposal? Following on from a previous question, I contacted my council to ask them what they are doing about disposing of these bulbs when they break. THe man i spoke to hadn't a clue. Considering the mercury they contain, and how many of them there are in circulation, i find it a little worrying. How is it where you are?
