What are YOU doing? There are 26 species of bumble bee native to the UK, of these 3 have become extinct, and 15 are designated 'in serious decline'. Without them many wild plants and flowers are disappearing from our countryside. The ordinary garden is vital to the survival of the bee.. that most important of nature's little helpers. We can all do our bit to encourage them and help them thrive. Plant Apple, Bluebell, Cherry, Pear, Plum,
Rosemary, Chive, Foxglove, Honeysuckle, Lupin, Poppy, Sage, Thyme, Wisteria, Catmint, cornflower, Hollyhock, Lavender, Mint and
Sunflower... and do your bit for the bees..

Is that only an expression, do you think, or is there is really a Mother Nature consciousness and wisdom that we may call upon?

Are you and expert, or an educated novice? What do you with the mushrooms you picked? Did you sell them, eat them, cook them, see pretty colours with them, or get deathly sick?

I think religion is a strong sentiment that almost all people of all counties no matter where they come from and no matter what kind of religion, believe in. Can it not be turned into a strong tool to advocate love for the environment?

environment issue, in your opinion. There seems to be so many problems, but which one do you think we should work on first?

In our little town we have a free weekend to take any hazardous chemical to the dump ; we also have a Saturday where you can take all of your papers and have them shredded on the spot. Does your town do this? Should you think about trying to advance this idea?
