Is there a natural dish washing soap or detergent avaiable or something that you can yourself make at home for washing dishes...I have heard some people with water scarcity use ashes to dry wash dishes!

This has happend to me twice before...everytime I try to click on a question to answer..I get directed to another question...Like today I tried anwering stavy's question on the difference between white and brown rice but when I clicked the question that opened instead was Bart's difference between organic and conventional food.

I've been reading that global warming is happening because of man and his habits on earth.
But I'm not buying it one bit. Seems like the events taking place today have happened over and over again for the past million years according to scientists. Maybe this is the just the course oof nature? Yes? No?

I keep hearing the president and other politicians saying they want car companies to produce more hybrid or electric-only cars. What incentives are they offering the car companies to make them and what incentives are they giving the buyers to buy them?

I'm thinking about buying a hybrid car. I travel over 30,000 miles a year. My only concern is how many miles the hybrid battery lasts? And how expensive is it to replace? If it costs too much it may not be worth it for me.

I know that the past generations have been more judicious in using recycled, and home based products a lot, but that was maybe out of necessity for many. But in today's situation when we already know the threats of global warming..theoritically do those above 60 years of age, understand what is happening to the world? How do you ask them to change some of their habits..considering they are older, wiser and more adamant to any change.
