Cloth made from bamboo is said to be the newest environmentally friendly textile. It is said to be very soft, and is made from rapidly growing plants that don't deplete the soil the way cotton does. I haven't had the chance to check any out; have you? What do you think?

I have two established fruit bearing grapevines one white and one black grape.. Sadlythough the local climate is not quite warm enough to ripen them to eatability.. A friend in Greece suggested making the fruit into wine vinegar... haven't a clue how to do it though. Anyone have any experience?
