Not as good but healther for you

From my experience they're not as good but they're much healthier for you... think how much crap there is those bottles and as soon as you open one up you start to inhaling it into your lungs.

It depedns on your goal..

Some "green" cleanser may seem healthier because their scent isn't one normally associated with "non-green" cleansers, but if you wish to kill a wide range of bacteria, a green cleanser might not be as healthy as something as basic as chlorine bleach.

Your cleaning goals will determine the best cleanser for the job.
