Friendly pest control
I find citronella and tea tree works very well. My pets hate the smell of it but they don't get a choice, if they want to play outside, they have to get a squirt of it on their coat. It works wonders to prevent bites and parasites.

Thai Lemon Grass
I have heard the plant is really really good at preventing bugs and mosquitoes from coming to your homes and the best thing is you can use it for cooking purposes too...try this one surely.
