SageMother asks:Constitutional Issues?

Bush was, and still is, famous for blocking information on global warming to keep his vision, whatever that was, alive.

Could some of his efforts in this area, been unconstitutional?

I wonder if it could be made

to stick in a court of law. in my personal opinion, there is no doubt he bent, suppressed and otherwise tampered with information that would have changed the way things are being dralt with.

I think so...

I think in general Bush did things that were unconstitutional, but I don't know if you could pin any one thing on him in a court.

I think that the system is compromised, regardless of who's sitting behind the desk unfortunately.

Always did

I think that Bush and his cohorts made a lot of decisions that were unconstitutional. I hope some of those decisions get to the Supreme Court.
