vehicles n pollution
checking on the fuel emmision levels is a good place to start...I think government should make stricter rules to the ownership and usage of vehicles.

doing this though? In the UK, all government cars are now hybris.. all our buses are being replaced gradually with hybrids too.. there are strict regulations regarding unleaded petrol, and there is an emmission zone around the city, preventing trucks and gas guzzling cars from coming into the centre unless they pay a large fee...
