Big Oil, Et Cetera...

Simple. Bush and his minions were connected in some way to Big Oil, chemical concerns, old fashioned heavy industry, and some were just perverse in their hatred of environmentalists. Nearly all of these folk would stand to lose alot of money if we followed the Kyoto Protocols.
Now that we are poised to gain a new President, I think that Kyoto will not be a bad word in the new Administration.

I hope so, there is a lot to be said for collaboration between EVERYONE to save the environment... places like China and India have to realize that by now... when the water level rises they're not immune to their cities going under water too..

I have a feeling....

I have a feeling that Bush would object to anything that wasn't made to look lie it was his own idea.

I could be wrong, but I bet I'm not.

Hmm interesting... but isn't Obama against it as well... the way it currently is positioned? I think he wants changes done to it.
