Thanks, Bart We seem to be of similar ideals. "Technology" can be a bit broad. Let's annoy our "Techno-Buddies" to help us jump-start the healing process! If we care, then we will succeed.
A wonderfully refreshing and intelligent attitude!
"Exponentially" seems to be an appropriate term. You are one of the true friends of our Earth, and we can continue to expand the knowledge of environmental consciousness through this site and others!!
Wholeheartedly in agreement!
Hmmm-Wonder what the new seasons will bring? At least maybe not the boring "normal" natural cycles!?!?
We agree completely. Normal is a good thing!
No, And trust me, I enjoy the perks that abundant energy provides! 'Twas just a hypothetical question. Your Friend
The lead content has been altered by its acid bath, rendering it unuseable in new batteries. The lead is considered quite desireable for bullets, fishing weights, and other environmentally unfriendly products.
Total agreement!
Wow! Definitely not boring! We have also heard of "shifting thermal masses" that seem to be abnormal occurrences, causing unusal weather.
Thanks! Actually we've had much better results from our own compost than our neighbors have had with their store-bought chemicals. (They live down-stream from us, thankfully)
Thanks!
Thanks, Stavy We'll get better at studying the archives. Seems that every few years someone trys to get us to believe that our cars will run on water. Maybe with hydrogen fuel-cell technology coming along we might someday actually "burn" water!
Chill Amigo! It's an honest question. Why don't eight-year-olds learn math skills without a teacher?
Bush signed the law to end incandescent bulb manufacturing by 2015. Please don't toss mercury into the dump.
Thanks from us, chris1203. We really don't know, and heretoday is right that as friends of the planet we really don't have any explaining to do.
Well put, Stavy. We thank you for your insight.
Yikes! Is it a capital offense?
Thanks, Heretoday. We have a lot of members who will surely use your advice!
VERY IMPRESSIVE! Having viewed the Businessgreen site (and saving it in favorites) we concur with you that it truly seems possible to run things from the Sun, if we put our hearts into it!
Thanks, chocoguy, for your insight. But why are we messing up our environment, when all other creatures of the Earth seem to benefit the environment?
Hmmmmm
Again, we seem to agree. Thanks stavy.
We welcome your invitation! Our email is info@theterramadre.org. It is nice to make new friends! Thank you!
Why do you bring up McCain? Move on into the present. We are comfortably wealthy, and choose to travel commercially. Carbon per passenger mile is much more eco-friendly than private jet.
Thanks, Stavy, for a kinder, more thoughtful dialogue.
Wow! Great input! Thank you, keewi, and PLEASE continue to bring some sanity into the discussions, as they often are thoughtless, misunderstood, and just plain "non-sense"!
We received it and will respond in a timely manner! Thanks!
You're right, Chris1203. Perhaps God (whichever one we choose) has given us too much free reign over the other creatures, and the ignorance to mess things up even as we watch the horrible results.
Let's wait and see, in harmony and hopefully as friends.
We think we agree with you, keewi, but we aren't sure what it is that you are saying in your comments below. We also feel that our species is "committing suicide", if that is what you mean.
Awesome
We are of the same mind, and we appreciate your thoughts.
You're correct, Heretoday. Although we don't understand what you meant by "appropriated", we acknowledge that "mis-appropriated" would mean "stolen". It was a harmless pun on our part. We're sure you didn't mean to misplace a "d" :-)!
YEP
Sounds like us...
Is that why they didn't get along?
And if one takes some time to read Keewi's answers, we'd better be very careful! She seems right on.
Although thousands of pants may have benefits, let there be NO doubt that several pants are definitely unhealthy... By the way, 'tis always a pleasure swapping comments! :-)
Very astute,chris1203. We agree that the bottom line is all that matters to the business people.
BTW, the first to 300 wins (whatever)!
Ola, Stavy, wherefore art thou?
What?!? And go up there and start polluting that pristine Shangri-La?
Or maybe not. Pessimism and paranoia sell a lot of books, but we think humans are very adaptable and ingenious. Bring on a problem-voila-we solve it and move forward. So far in history it has worked every time.
Totally in agreement with Stavy--I once killed a spider (accidentally, of course) and almost instantly had a run of bad luck including, but not limited to, gum on my shoe, cloudy days, rocks in my socks, new friends on the internet, etc.!! Go Spiders
We agree completely. And just consider all of the wonderful products we have resulting fron NASA--microwave ovens, cordless tools, duct tape, velcro, and on and on ad infinitum!! WOW!!
We love ya, Stavy! We'll email soon
Or Not. Several studies show that some vitamins cause much more harm than good. Our parents taught and explained to us the proper methods of NATURAL vitamin and protien sources!
Nothing wrong with nice "toddy" from time to time!
You are too humble:-)
Squidgey? Yum!
But be CAREFUL, keewi, as some very poisonous plants "look and smell good"!
BTW, How does one post @ "some time ago"?
Not all windmills resemble propellers. Perhaps a cylinder-shaped helix turbine might be controllable.
And many Mexican and other Latino meals have "frijoles" as a main ingredient. Mighty tasty, too!
Or one might try incorporating the miserable, dried up old wretches into a wonderful new form of artwork, or even satellite ballast as is often required during extremely momentous shuttle launches. Oops, sorry--too much hazelnut and sportskid input!
Quite possibly. We'll keep thinking of other ideas!
Hello to our friend SageMother, Perhaps we shouldn't have used the term "Murder". We know life-cycles, and we appreciate your kind input! We often find the our sophmoric sarcasm gets its due. Please continue to add your ideas to our discussions!
Save The Carrots, Hell!! Those tubers have wanton disregard for all things dissiduous, not to mention the poor, struggling conifers and their cousins, the Redwoods (Randy and Rosie). Harumph! Your Friend TMF
Thanks, Stavy, for your cajoling. BTW, we'll email you soon!
But Stavy, you, of all of us, should have known that some kind of insidious, crass interpretation might be behind our somewhat devious input. While we always love to see your contributions, we also look forward to your very obvious insight.
We have a blogger job opening at EcoFriendlyDaily.com and GadgetAddiction.com, if you're interested please email us with samples of your work and why you would be a great addition our team!
