In the last year or so, have the number and comprehensiveness of recycling and clean-up programs in your town seemed to be on the upswing? If so, what do you think has gotten the ball rolling?

Our town has had them for years
No they haven't been on an upswing. If anything they are lucky to be holding steady. The economy is making it hard for the communities to keep things like this going.
