My kid seems to be growing up so fast that all his toys are just geting older by the day. THere is one that he plays with one day and the next day it is either replaced with a new attraction, or broken. I hate throwing these away. Is there a remedy?

depot near them? our local recycling centre has opened a section where clothing and textiles can be brought in, that is then passed on to charities for distribution in third world countries..

In the current town I live in, there's next to no recycling options. There's a tiny aluminum recycling center, but if I want to do anything with my plastic bottles or paper, I have to come up with ways myself or travel at least an hour or two away.

In other areas I've been, there were recycling drop-offs in multiple places....and there were always containers at various shops, just like trashcans, but for bottles, cans, etc.

So how accessible is recycling in your area?

recycled as garbage bags or for storing things...any other ideas...innovative things you can do with them?

Doesn't the color "burn up" when the glass is melted?

To what use can you put to a scratched or obsolete CD?
