Are the recycling centers in your area or neighborhood well-publicized. I know that we have a few of them, but they don't seem to be in the limelight.

I think so too
Recycling centres are the ned of the hour but whether there is just one or two or more in my neighborhood I have no idea...it is a moral responsibility for us too to publicise these centres...by word of mouth if not through advertisements.
