I'm not too sure about ocean living with these homes, but in flood zones they sound like the type of home you should have. I just wonder why they haven't started selling them sooner! I'm sure that people who have suffered from a severe flood would be willing to pay just so they wouldn't have to move or worry the next time it flooded.
