Europe, like much of the planet, has experienced a much milder winter than normal. Restaurants in Vienna have opened their patios and beaches in Bulgaria are already packed. There are also some species of trees in Austria, that shouldn't be pollinating until spring, that have already begun their pollination cycles. But Scientists are trying to determine if it's just an unusually warm winter, or if it's extreme proof of global warming. It could just be the effects of El Nino.
