An Eco-Friendly Wrapping Tutorial

Tis the season for gift-wrapping, and it's hard to avoid. The element of surprise in unwrapping a gift is half the fun of gift giving— but the surprise is even better if you've put some effort into the wrapping itself. Here's a creative tip on how to make a gift box, using whatever scrap paper you have lying around. It's a new use for the paper, and the box can then be re-used as well. Recycling paper is a good way to get rid of it; however, recycled paper has a limited lifespan. It can only be reincarnated so many times, and then the fibre breaks down and that's the end of it. So, before we send them to a recycling plant, why not get as much use out of our paper products as we can? Etsy has lots more hand-made craft ideas here.
